the complete studies of complaints
i had a really crappy day today. nevermind that i was stuck with st jo band most of the time (you will never understand how depressing it is for me - torture!), and i only had my little sis for company (she had a stomachache! no one's ever fun with a stomachache), and there were only so many cars to gawk at (the cars were cool, Rolls Royce and stuff, but it's not like you can do more than look and touch), and i had to walk my lil sis all the way to sarawak plaza from the padang for her fren's bday party at hartz (i could have actually enjoyed this if it wasnt for those "bujang senangs" - ugh!), and i had to ask her fren's mum to send me back to st jo (where i had to hunt for my mum), and i had to wake up eearly this morning to go for first mass (6 am is early for someone who had about 5-6 hours of sleep - what a sight i must have been in church. panda eyes and the set)
oh no no no. thats not that bad. my mum had it worse i tell u. so im (once more) put in a position where i have no right and no cause to complain simply because "you think that's bad? dont be so selfish and complain! try to understand my situation!! i had to..." *fill in the blank*
so if u ever wonder why i seldom complain bout my family or my parents, remember that golden line. there's no hard feelings or anything. i DO understand the situation. and then i WONT complain because i noe im just being SELFISH. but honestly la, it just sucks not being able to complain and sulk about it like my frens do.
if you dont get me, then try this.
you complain. you get the golden line. and then you complain again. but you suddenly realise that the only thing you can complain about is yourself. now, why would you do such a thing, right?
understand? understood.
so oh well. whats done is done. my highlights for the day were these two guys sitting behind me at church. reminded me of my bro. he always makes me feel better. (on his good days of course) my other highlight was going into merdeka palace. it's a heavenly oasis from the deathly padang. even waiting for my sis in the toilets of MP made me feel better. (i bet you're thinking : toilets? hello? georgina, are you ok? i say : bah! four words. aircon, clean, soft music)
hold on. my mum just called up. we gave away the free tickets we got to watch the lodge skool play. whatever. i dont want go. sorry uncle lee!
btw, if you were wondering, in the first paragraph, i wasnt complaining. see the word nevermind up there? just because you cant complain doesnt mean you cant say what could have made the day a crappy one.
im getting confused by my words. lolz.
