i love sundays

i've been having a great weekend so far. but i shouldn't!! i should be stressed out over exams (starting tomorrow). weird thing. i'm not.

yesterday morning i was fulfilling my duties as a student, studying. and as usual, after a few hours of books, notes and exercises, i got bored. thank goodness i told my dad the day before, that i wanted to book saturday afternoon as my "escape". he said ok, as long as i study properly before that. no prob!

guess where we went to. hahaha. amphitheatre. we brought badminton racquets, two basketballs and two frisbees. we did lots of stuff, my dad, mom, lil sis and me. we also took advantage of the fact that we were the only ones there at that time. i tried dribbling, catching frisbees, kicking, throwing and er, swinging balls up the hill and when it rolls back down again you *swoosh* it back up and *wheee* it runs right back to you. playing badminton was a little hard though, the wind was really strong at times. nevertheless, it was fun. we took pictures also, silly ones of us having fun lying on the grass in the sun. there were times where we were already up the hill and suddenly one of the balls roooll down *vOOOSHH -poink- -poink- ... vooooSSSH* and i find myself running like a maniac after the ball, dreading to see it flying all the way to the road.

i was tired after that, but quite contented and happy.

today, i went to the red bookstore. another nice day cause i woke up early (6.00 am is early for a sunday), studied, watched the sunrise, studied again. after church (10.00, blessed sacrament), to the red bookstore we go!! my lil sis wanted to buy this spongebob book for her friend (it's 3D, really cool). and yes, i agree to everything my friends have said about the place. it's very nice and cosy. lots of books. new ones, old ones. more new than old la. i was stuck at the back, flipping through these architecture-interior design books. wah. i love it. esp the book on new york architecture, simple and cheap decor, and hotels. *swoon*

oh but hell. my little bubbles of paradise had to burst. now i'm at home, fascinated by the 3D spongebob book, battling mosquitoes (which reminds me of that dangdut sounding aedes song on TV2), and planning out how to redecorate my parents room when me and my sisters move in there and they (my parents) move into mine. three of us and two of them. we get the bigger room. hihi.

emily! i wrote the continuation of your song. hahaha. now it's complete. just need to practice the dance moves. ahahahahahaha. lolz.

bah, back to studying.
